The History of the World Wide Web - Its current from and future advancement.
The Future of the Internet
This source comes from a very reputable magazine and online news feed, called Smashing Magazine. The source is very accurate and contains large amounts of well researched information, which has been thoroughly researched by someone with great technical knowledge and containing opinions from leading figures in the internet world.
In this source the writer discusses the current state of the internet and how these current features will transform in the feature, as well as what new features are expected to be created to deal with new issues and needs of the advancing internet.
One feature i am particularly interested in seeing in the feauture is the idea of programs such as photo workshops like photo shop being run in web browsers instead of actual installations. According to this source google is already implementing this idea for the near future.

The future of the internet revealed
This source is very accurate with its information being thoughtfully researched by a group of technology experts as well as head figures in the industry having input. The source also contains a large quantity of very well explained information making it one of the best sources i have found.
The source contains many realistic ideas into the advancement of the internet, with things like IPv6 and multiple hand held devices becoming extreamly powerful in terms of there web browsing capabilities.
One of its most interesting topics to me is the advancement of the cloud theory and its current application. The idea that in the future you will no longer need to buy an actual data device, or install a program, instead you can simply stream it straight to your device not only seems like an amazing technological advancement but also a great economical idea as it could drive down production costs on media.

Cheaper mobile communication? lets hope so.
The second of my tech reports is on the news feed from IET.
This story is about a breakthrough in antenna technology which could become a massive turning point in the history of mobile communication. The new antenna is reportedly far more powerful than current antenna technology as well as bringing with it many new features. These new features could potentially move many functions in the base unit into the cloud system due to the antennas vastly improved power.
This could in turn drive down the price, not only of running a mobile network, but hopefully using one as well which will be a great improvement to all consumers. Lets hope this is the case and this new antenna is brought out soon.

First Tech report - PSP phone?!?
This is a topic that has interested me greatly. As a long time fan of the PSP and Sony Ericsson in general, im rather excited to see a combining of the two, creating what could potentially be the future of mobile gaming and communication. Instead of having a mobile phone with added game support, or a handheld game device with mobile communication attachments, you can now have a combined and dedicated system to complete both tasks. With the increases processing power needed to run high quality games, this new PSP phone could well be enough of a power house to rival the iphone in terms of its attractiveness to gamers.
The really interesting point is if this type of phone does in fact become a hit, the could this be the new trend in mobile phone advancement? Could we see Nintendo creating a game boy phone? We can only wait and see.
Lets hope the PSP phone does well and lets embrace the new wave of gaming phones to come!!
